I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am not an employee of MITechCon. I agree to make a good-faith effort to fulfill my assigned volunteer responsibilities and will notify MITechCon staff as soon as possible if my availability changes. I understand that volunteer appreciation benefits are provided at MITechCon's discretion based on volunteer role, schedule, and availability. These benefits may include reduced-price or complimentary admission to the Thursday and Friday conference as a token of appreciation and are not wages or compensation. Workshop admission is separate and is not included.
